It's that time again! 3rd Sunday of the month is the 18th, so it must be the Mid Beds Meet!

Venue is The Red Lion Lodge/Ruen Thai Restaurant at Deadman's Cross on the A600 between Shefford and Bedford.

Time 12.00-14.00.

Thai food and drink available. Loads of parking space.

Drive, talk, eat, drink, dream....

David, why break the habit - i'll be up for a convoy from LB. But does'nt this clash with your BBWF meet?

having spoke to condor who rather brashly showed up at your last event i can deduce that you're good people

so therefore (not wanting to start the big debate up again), why are you still advertising this as an all (or nearly all)-TVR meet?

its not as if all you talk about is TVR's now is it?

i still think you're putting potentially interesting people off because of what car they choose - or not - to drive!

i for one, if i could get my arse in gear and come over would purposely park my distinctly non-TVR next to as many TVR's in the car park as i could find for that very reason!!!

no offense meant (as i hope the first line explain...)

I think that Mr & Mrs Hetherington, the pub owners will be pleased to supply beverages and sustinence to anyone that can get to their delightful hostelry, whether by rusty Metro, Griffith, Vauxhaul Velox, Rickshaw or event Saphire. You talk cars, we talk cars ...

Yep should be there Had a great time at the last one

Littlegearl I think the thread title is correct
From what I recall...the pub landlord advertises it as a TVR meet on a blackboard outside his pub - so passing non-PHers get to see it and attend as well.
Some of the people at the last meet weren't PHers...so it's getting more people involved.

I'll continue to park my banger out of photo opportunity range

Petrolheads is petrolheads, so far as I'm concerned. We've got to form a united front against the lentilistas!

Dunno, depends on SWMBO. And the weather. I'm supposed to be fitting in some work on the bathroom in between sprinting weekends - she wants the bathroom suite in the bathroom rather than in the spare bedroom. Can't imagine why.
