front indicators iva rule

iva manual states min height for indicator is 350mm. is that to the bottom of the light or the light centres or is it what ever the iva inspectors interpretation of the rule?

The very bottom of the light emitting lens area. Make sure you check on very level ground if you are close to the limit.

Just for further info all lights are measured to the edge of the illuminated area or reflective surface.
The exception is headlights horizontal where measurements are taken to the apparent trace of the dip beam cut off line.
