The Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regs 2004 was placed before Parliament on 6th July and to come into Force on 1.8.2004.

It increases the cost of a Test Certificate by approx 2%.

So if your MOT is due in August, get it in now, save some pennies and still get a 13 month certificate.
