928 s2 jetronic fuel delivery

I've been restoring my 928 s2 but cant get it to run. Getting fuel up to the front end and spark but the injectors dont appear to be pulsing. Just spent a fortune on a new fuel ECU(recon)but cant get it to go.
Any ideas would be welcome!
