Dutch Spring Run 2012

Albert (Dinkel) has decided to take a break from organising a run this year. I've contacted him and offered to sort something out on our (Belgian) side of the border.

With that in mind, I'd like to announce the "DSR 2012 - In Flanders Fields" - planned for 5 & 6 May.

Day 1 will begin on the Belgian coast close to Bruges. We'll follow the coast road down to Nieuwpoort, then pick up the WWI front line along the River Ijzer, following the Ieper Salient, and finishing up in Ieper for the Last Post at 8 o'clock.

Day 2 will take us to the "Flemish Ardennes" - and includes a visit to a private classic car collection (about 150 vehicles).

As in previous years it will be mainly a B-road blast through some beautiful countryside - no motorways involved.
