iPad Log-in woes

I'm trying to log into PH on my iPad.

Its asks for the User Name and Password, which I fill in, and then gives the usual message:

You've logged in sucessfully.

Welcome to Pistonheads

....but I'm not logged in. It still has the Login option in the top right. So I click the Login link and enter the User Name and Password, again, and then it gives me the same message:

You've logged in sucessfully.

Welcome to Pistonheads

....But I'm still not logged in.

Its annoying. Any ideas?

Clear cookies maybe and try again

Cheers for the quick response. I've cleared the history (is this the same thing?)...but this has not helped.

I had a problem with tvcatchup on my iPhone. I was advised to clear cookies. There should be an option on safari to clear cookies which is not the same as history

Happens all the time for me. Close all open safari windows, clear cookies AND cache. Sorted. No idea why!

Ah yes, found it under settings, Safari...cleared cookies, but still does not work.

Once I've logged in, I go to My profile (or anywhere else) and it invites me to Join up or Log In.

I went back and cleared the cache too....but still no joy. I hate computers.

Yey!! Shut down all other windows (why would this make any difference?!), cleared cookies, history, cache and now I'm in.

Writing this now from the comfort of my bed, much to the dissapointment of my other half who was probabbly hoping for some action.

It was the main site..not happened before and I've had the iPad for ages now, so not sure why it got itself in a loop.

Full site. Close all open safari windows. Again clear cache, cookies and may as well do history whilst you are there. It will work.
