Ive just bought a mk1 Eunos!(yey pistonheads brainwashing lol) 1.8 in black with 60k miles, but no-one i tell in my office/family/friends understand why im excited. i just get, "arr bless, well times are hard, i used have st old banger too" even the so called car lovers amongst them, ill have to take them out for spin (litteraly, physically spinning lol)

i guess im gonna get bored of explaining the pros of owning an mx5 to norms, and ill to get used to just nodding and smiling to people who wanna talk 0-60 and the latest reg plates. fine by me, al least i have YOU!

How old is it? After 10 years all cars are knackered. How fast have you been in it? My Golf can do 120mph. How much fuel does it use? My diesel Passat does 40mpg. Why have you got the roof down? Don't you know it's cold. How come it doesn't have any airbags? What happens when you crash? What size engine does it have? My Mondeo has a 2.0 so is faster. Why is it so low? I have suggested getting some battery clippers for anyone who says hairdresser, I got a 944 cab so it isnt quite as obvious a comment for that being a bit bigger and rarer and not associated the same but it could be seen as a crimpers chariot, so if anyone says it give them a free stripe with the clippers like on Jackass, they will have a few months to ponder whether to chance that one again whilst it grows back.
