Rear quarter is about the most expensive panel on the car to fix, bar maybe the roof.
It's probably £900 worth of damage at least to an insurance approved repairer like my Dad's place, with a new rear quarter, door skin and prep/paint, but the cheap fix would be to get a decent panel beater on the rear quarter to recover and fill the shape, provide a second hand door in the right colour complete with door card and fixings ready for fitting (strip and change the door lock barrel into the new door yourself) and spray the rear quarter and blend into adjacent panels. Could probably be done for less than £400 but would not be perfect.
