Van drivers are probably amongst the most ignorant of road users IME, with the possible exception of taxi drivers. I can well imagine your piss is boiling right now.

If there's a mobile number sign-written on the van, call it and say "the Police are just about to tow it away - just thought you'd like to know..."

Set fire to the one furthest from your gate.
You'll feel better and they'll return in no time.

Last time the muppets done this outside my front gate, they left the keys in the ignition.

Never seen such a fat pie munching bd come running back up the road so fast, as when i hopped in and started it up.
I think I'd have been tempted to quietly appropriate the keys and checked how events unfolded later biggrin

Call the local Police (non emergency number) and explain the situation.

They won't come screaming around but if enough people do this, something might eventually give.

Meanwhile, cut the handbrake cable and push the van out of the way smile

Is there a cafe nearby? Maybe give it a rock and see if the alarm goes off.

Call the police? If the fire brigade / ambulance needs to get down the road there will be hell to pay.
