1959 Ford Popular

My father died very suddenly a few months and as part of his estate he has left an old Ford Popular; this was purchased about 25 years ago fully taxed and MOT'd and was going to be one of his projects to return it to its former glory. Due to time and him continuing to work right up to his death this never happened and other than the car's storage location changing a couple of times it has never moved. At present we are looking to sell it and need to know whether anybody would be interested in buying it or whether someone could guide us as to a reasonable price. My mother is all for scrapping it, but as i keep trying to explain to her the registration alone has got to be worth a considerable amount of money. There is also the fact that this is a 1959 Ford Popular and although I do not have what it takes to restore it to its former glory there has to be someone out there that can realise my fathers dream.
