Epilepsy and breast implants...

Has anyone with epilepsy had breast implants or does anyone have a partner who has?
My girlfriend has her heart set on implants, recently had a consultation and was advised she has to be fit free for 2 years. They weren't 100% and said they would contact her as it could possibly be 6 months.
Her epilepsy is playing up at the moments and she has around 2 fits a month. She's had a lot of stress in her life lately and up until then she probably fitted once every 2 months. I just want to get her a slither of hope that she might be able to have the operation.

No problem putting implants in epileptic patients providing they are well controlled.
Sounds like your gf isn't well controlled at the moment, maybe worth seeing her neurologist ?
Breast implants are quite safe, it's just the anaesthetic they are concerned about

Why on earth no fits for 2yrs?

My ex got through pregnancy and related minor surgery after with no probs despite having major seizures every few days (brain tumour survivor).

My addvice don't do it . Just got back from breast clinic with my wife. She's got pips and bin told they had ruptured . The clinic said today they have not. But all silicone implants bleed pips more so and that has caused lumps in her breasts . We have a cancer scar know. Its tured into a knightmare. My wife has wanted these for years and i offered to pay but i didn't want her to have them .Worst thing we've ever done .
