Any update on M5 crash?

Since the proper PH search isn't working I thought I'd ask if there had been any updates on the M5 crash that happened in November.

Three months is quite a while and I've not heard anything about it. Has anyone else?

Haven't seen anything in the news, even the local papers.

Nothing to the road has changed such as markings, just resurfaced the road.
