Another what car? £6k/30mpg

I currently drive an E46 Coupe, which I enjoy thoroughly, but I'm starting to consider a new car which is at the very least on par with what I'm used too.

Criteria:
Coupe
Sporty(ish) looks
150hp +
£6-£7k

It'll probably cover 30k before I chuck it in, preferably no extortionately high running costs

Mileage not a problem if well maintained (mine's on 140k!)
