Netflix streaming on ps3 - any good
Discussion
Same set up here, projector via PS3 onto 105" screen. The streaming quality of Netflix is pretty good, very watchable HD image with 5.1 sound too (if you have a surround speaker setup.) Easily as good an image as Sky HD. Not many new release movies but, quite a big range of older movies and TV shows (which for £4.99 a month, isn't at all bad). You can choose the quality of your streaming on the website (I have 20mb DSL and use the best quality with no issues)
The main issue I've been having is sound sync problems as a movie progresses. It isn't every movie though so, hopefully just teething troubles which will get sorted out. Will be definitely be keeping it for the next couple of months and, if I use it for even 1 movie a week, its worth the money
As stated above, give the free month a try and see what you think.

Thanks for your input.
I was signing up for the trial the other night, but was infuriated when you had to give details to continue. I couldn't be bothered to go get my wallet.
I'm in the depths of Somerset so 20mb dsl isn't poss, however I can stream iplayer in Hd so one would hope I can get decent quality on Netflix aswell. Thanks once again
