Discussion
HI is there any one that may know any history on 1600m KMA 655 L, my brother-in-law and I bought it in the summer, to rebuild over the winter along with an other one.The file that came with KMA 655L stopped in 2000.It has had a lot of work done to it over the years,eg engine bored to 1700 etc ,body off and outriger replaced. We are doing a full nut and bolt rebuild ,also back to the original colour of yellow.

I can tell you quite a lot I owned it for about 20 years.
Brief history is that previous owner put the 1760cc engine in it. I then lifted the body, back in around 1986, repaired the chassis, fitted a 5 speed box.
I then used it for a while before some plebs tried to steal it and damaged it a lot in the process.
It then sat in my garage for about ten years whilst I couldn;t face rebuilding it. Then I re-started only to change job, move house, have kids etc. Eventually I just gave up.
Email me, I gave away the history but have some pics etc.
