DVLA local office ?

Evening all.

I know I can get a printout of my UK driving record by phoning Swansea, but since I'm a cheapskate I wondered if you can save a fiver by requesting a printout from a local office.

Their website doesn't mention it.

Anyone in the know?

I think you will have to pay Swansea for it as I think local offices only deal with vehicle related stuff.
