Hi, just a quick question for those in the know, would the prosport lm3000 bodywork fit straight on to an ultima chassis? I know lee noble was involved with both and looking at pictures the shut lines are in the same places but I realise that doesnt mean it would fit. Don't shoot me down but I like the look of the prosport more... thanks

The Prosport as far as I remember was the MK2 or MK3 Sport body, with a more agressive rear chassis design. The GTR is the MK5 but the basic body mounting to the chassis probably hasn't change to much as in teh bulk head positions and the out riggers etc.
Why do you ask ? do you have a Prosport Chassis ??

No I don't unfortunately! My idea was to buy an ultima sport and change the bodywork to prosport. Ideally just the front clip but I don't suppose it just fits straight on..

can be made to fit, but you would need to alter the ultima front chassis work/radiator mounting/box section...
