I am looking at getting a C63 Estate. Can anyone tell me the name of the darkest grey/silver colour?

It is difficult to see in the brochure. There are 2 colours - Alabandine Grey and Palladium Silver. Which is the darkest?
Thanks

Have you tried speccing one on the Merc Website and comparing colours? I have not heard of this Alan Carr grey, but it sounds a bit camp to me. IMHO Palladium Silver is the best ever colour by a country mile.

they used to do tenorite grey which was a very dark grey, palladium silver is a nice grey,i think that alabandine grey has a slight hint of green in it.out of the 2 palladium looks nice.
if you go on the mb used car check there are a few c63 saloon+estate in palladium for sale so you can get a rough idea of how it looks.
great car by the way.

The Alabandine is the slightly darker of the two. Just had a similar dilemma speccing my C Class.

Tenorite was a really nice colour but I was told they could no longer offer that, along with some other colours, since the pigment came from Japan and wasn't available in the aftermath of last years tsunami.

Mine is Tenorite, the new 'Alabandine' grey is lighter and has more of a slate like greeny tinge to it.

That Tenorite looks fantastic! I think I might go into our local dealership and see if they have any actual cars in colours. Thank you all for your help!

You can special order any colour you like, albeit at substantial cost.

Yes, there is a Designo colour Graphite Grey that is very similar to Tenorite, but more expensive!

I went into the dealership this am and saw
Cavansite Blue - like
Alabandine Grey - like
Palladium Silver - don't like

So its one of the top 2. I know that I want a light coloured interior. I can't decide!
