Could I please get a recommendation on a basic but functional LCD/LED/Plasma panel that can be wall mounted to be fed a PC signal via HDMI or VGA?

Budget is around £600 to include wall bracket.

As ever, too much choice for the uninitiated...

Thanks very much smile

I would go LCD unless you need the thinness of LED/LCD. Both cheaper to run than plasma and less screen burn issues, lighter weight so easier to mount, any way you wont get a plasma smaller than 37".

Just go for a standard TV which has the required inputs, cheaper than a dedicated PC panel. A full HD LG or Samsung will work.

It's to go on a wall so thin would be good, but not worth a large premium. I think the problem is the same as always, 100 or so sets to choose from all of which appear to the novice to do the job equally well.
