This is probably one of the stranger threads and/or questions that get posted but here goes.

I've just picked up a new car and it has a Parrot CK3000 installed.

I removed a CK3100 LCD from my old car.

In both cars the screen is connected to the blue box behind the dash which acts as the brains of the operation.

But its tucked away and difficult to get to (the above isn't my pic).

Does anyone know whether I can just plug the CK3100 screen into the blue box and remove the none LCD 3000? Gut instinct says no, but it'd be one hell of a lot easier if I could!

I will at the weekend, leaving for work and returning in the dark is no fun.

I guess I could just switch the box over as well as its the power cables etc which are shoved down the back of the dash.

Still, I'll let you all know the outcome so we have another question eternally answered.

No. you cant. the boxes are the same size, but the connector that goes to the control unit is a completely different size.
