Still can't find the source of a leak I have on my pre serp 500.Water is settling in the valley so I have checked the pipes which cross around the back of the engine serving the heater,no problem there.I have reseated the thermostat housing and changed the ruber pipe from there to the swirlpot ,no apparent problem there. What other places can water come from and settle in the valley, I am at a loss?

Cheers

valley gasket?

inlet/heads.

or, on a pre-serp, there is a pipe that runs at the bottom of the inlet manifold to the back. part of the heater take off from memory..

also check the unions at the back of the water pump. a tight fit fot hose clips, particularly with PAS.
