Supercar experience day instructors?

I went on a Supercar Experience Day not long back at Bruntingthorpe and it got me thinking, how do the instructors actually get a job doing that? I was told that if you scored well they'd keep your details on file and get in touch if they're recruiting but my instructor scored me 38.5 out of 40 (which I didn't think was too bad) and neglected to mention anything.
Anybody got any knowledge on this?

I'd think they score everyone well so that it doesn't ruin a good day!.

I did one, was pretty good in the Lambo and Ferrari but for some reason in the porsche I fked up on a couple of corners (back end went out sharply and he really wasn't happy about it ) and he still scored high on the card even though I knew I hadn't done well in it.
The lad who sat in the Lambo was about 21 so fk knows how you get a job doing it!.

Alot are racing drivers doing so either to fund their drive or for a bit of weekend work.

Good point, if they scored you a 1 or something you'd never go back haha!

Some places only take on drivers with current racing history.

Some places take on anyone that thinks they are a bit handy.

You need to know someone but often you will not be working one place, you go wherever an instructor is needed.

Pay is st.

You might get in a crash.
