Either fried very low and slow (lowest burner with a diffuser) for an hour or cook them in the oven and for the last 5 minutes pour over some honey let down with a bit of water and sesame seeds.

Sometimes lightly brush the snags with some BBQ sauce...not too much, just enough to provoke the sticky.

Mrs Puggit is a Pampered Chef consultant, it's one of their signature dishes to coat cocktail sausages in hoisin sauce and then bake them in a stoneware bowl.

Honey and sesame seeds as above, or Reggae Reggae sauce.

Just cook them very slow over a low heat (around 45 minutes should do) and they form their own stickiness.

This but with seeded mustard instead of sesame seeds. Yumsk!

Just be careful to let them cool enough before eating, to avoid honey-napalm-in-mouth syndrome...
