very tired and lethargic..
Discussion
Hi,
I'm finding that I seem to be very tired and lethargic all the time recently. I'm doing about 30 hours a week at work(mainly 9 hour shifts behind a bar) and doing my 3rd year at university on the other 3 days. So I get a day off every 2 week's.
It isn't really bad as such, as I bet many people work horrendous hours.
I've found my training and gym has gone out of the window completely, plus my diet hasn't been great recently. I don't even have the energy to go out to the pub, which is highly unusual.
Any tips to pep my self up and get a bit more out of my days?

Sleep and rest is your friend.
When I was younger I workerd in a bar and its not easy work as you are on your feet all day, you work late nights and start early again in the morning sometimes. I now do a lot more hours a week than you do but working that many hours in a bar each week is hard work.
Just make sure you sort the diet out (don't forget breakfast) and get a decent nights sleep.
