1500 dollars each from www.fuchsperformance.com
It's a 997 Cab with an old fashioned style targa top with the wide band hoop over the top but with two lift out panels instead of one.
It is made by a company in Germany and sounds damned expensive, can't quite imagine why anyone would want one.
The company is making them for most 911 models apparently.

Ah, the Greenster. Saw that at Geneva a few years ago, it comes complete with 1970's tan check interior too. Alois Ruf based it on his own early soft-rear-screen Targa (hence the Greenster has a soft rear screen too). It's an electric vehicle and a big improvement on a Prius or milk float.
