Hi guys,

Basically is it worth doing and do you have it done periodically on your M?

And if so is a product like Waxoyl suitable for the mighty //M? (apologies if that's a stupid question)

Car is e46 M3cs, I want it to have the best available (within reason) so any options / advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

It'll already have some, but no harm in adding more.
You'll probably be fine just keeping it to seams and jacking points, as the stuff lasts for ages anyway.

If there is anywhere that could do with a bit, it'd be the arch lip/ return edge.
If there's a decent dry spell, clean out whatever muck has built up and plster some in there, as that'll probably be the first place you'll get rust.

I guess either waxoyl, or Tetrosyl Schutz.
I bet it's the tetrosyl they use in the factory, it's like an aerosol of spray tar.
