Heathrow T5 Business parking.

Even if you cant pre book, nothing to stop you doing a drive up and entering. The disadvantage is that it it costs a little more than pre booked, but its a better car park than the t5 long term and the pods are fun
Also, you could try getting a booking quote 1 or 2 days before travel- short stay gets severely discounted then and often costs a few pennies less than business.. I do that method a lot now

Last time I did that I had to argue hard to be allowed in. Ended up in one of the customer service bays. Don't cut your timing too fine if you take this option!

Cheers, seems that they have indeed pre-sold all the spaces at the pre-booked discount rate, in the end have booked short stay as flight times have changed to a very late arrival in UK. Stuff to arriving back at close to midnight and then messing about on a bus / pod. Short stay = 3 mins out of terminal and on the M25, and isn't the most expensive option on offer surprisingly.
