IM 4 weeks away from getting 2 years full no claims.
Driving my 10 minute journey to work. Sat at lights been on red for ages and BANG! stupid bh in a fiesta hits me up the a$$. The type of women driver u see thats got the seat right up against the steering wheel like shes driving a goKart. It wasnt even her car either. Ive got kneck and back pain but there was hardly any damage to my Focus other than a dented bumper and the boot catching when opening.
So i got this number from a fella i know who deos the taxis for a good claim company that he uses as he's had lots of bangs. They put me through to a solicitor same night to sort it all. And they are going to get my car looked at for damage underneath. I have also been the hospital for pain killers etc and the police to report it.
I was also informed by the solicitor to only "notify" my car insurers of the accident and tell them its being handled by an independent company so i am not affecting my policy at all.
Is this how the no win no fee claims comapnies work these days? Even when i was in the poilce station reporting it this guy heard me and handed me his card for his own claims company that gets maximum compensation. laugh
Not sure how its handled as i have never been in an accident b4.
Quoted (just in case) wink

OP - even if you could spell, this thread would not end well for you.

Do you really expect anyone to believe you need compensation for pain caused by a car driving into you that has barely caused any damage? Thanks for increasing my premium next year, .

Here what not to do...

Use a claims management company to get you "maximum compensation" (for what) for neck and back-pain (for whiplash that doesn't exist) and damage underneath (that doesn't exist) to fradulently claim far more compensation then you are entitled to do.

oh wait...

Ok, I've never had an accident on the road. But whiplash etc when there was no damage to your car? Really? I crashed a rally car sideways at 60mph into a steel gate, sudden stop. Was wearing a heavy lid too, but never had whiplash! I just don't get all these 'ooh my neck hurts claims'? You're costing people a fortune in hiked insurance premiums. It was an accident, get your car fixed, then get over it and move on. You've still got all your arms and legs right?

Im only selling a Focus and i have had it advertised on gumtree for 3 months on and off. And yes its priced very well to sell.
Every couple of days i get a few txt's and a few emails. "Is your car still for sale"? or an offer so stupid that i might aswell just give them the car. I dont get it because i sold my first focus in 3 days to the first lad who came to see it.
I am alomost at breaking point of idiots ringing and not turning up etc that i might just trade it in and lose £500.
What happened? Got bored of waiting and decided to do a "crash for cash" job did you?

They should add the question "Which of these is the correct spelling kneck/neck/nick/mong" when filling in your insurance quote. Whenever there is one of these threads, they always spell it with a K. I think it's a good indicator of risk.
