Wheels-using spigots on track car?

I am looking to get some Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s

Is it perfectly ok and normal on a car used nearly entirely on race tracks to use the relevant spigots supplied to fit wheels or is it important or recommended to get direct fit bore?

In an ideal world, the correct centre bore wheel would be used, but I had to use Spigots and had no issues.

I also have pro race 1.2's as my track wheels with spigots, they are fine.

Used them for years on the Alfa, no issues at all.

Well to be honest I have never used spigots and so just wanted to be sure with the extra heat through wheels,hubs,bolts etc.generated on track that there would be no safety issues first and foremost,but also if wheel is as perfectly lined up/centralised using spigots as it would be on a direct fit bore wheel??

Well they are not an ideal solution, but unavoidable for many.

Worth carrying a couple of spares, I've had a couple on one wheel type melt & stick to the hub, slicks & race pads is a heck of a lot of heat there.
