decided to do the drop-in session at Newport VeloDrome last night (between 7pm & 9.30pm) run by Cardiff CC - for just £10, as long as you have track experience, you get a LOAD of track time with all abilities and some very fast young-guns!!

Great gcoaching too.

See you next week.

My legs are broken and I love the pain!!!

Did a 2hour session at Newport this evening, followed by a 160 mile drive up to Congleton.

SHAGGADOODLED!

Roll on Friday pm with the old farts!

Cycle to the velodrome turn round and go home. Spend the tenner on anodized bling biggrin legs still = shagged.

Hi Khushy,

I was the scottish bloke on the course last night. A good night, just wish I lived closer.
