Sagaris - idiots guide to removing seats

Gents,
Need to remove the seats from my sagaris - at first glance there is no obvious way of doing it but I'm sure it can't be that difficult??!!
Can anybody do me a favour and just jot down an idiots guide to removing them?
Thanks a lot in advance
Antony
If its the same as the Tamora, there are four bolts to remove, look under the car. The rears are easy but for the fronts you need bloody long arms (or a second person) as you need to hold the bolt heads found in the front of the seat runner to stop them spinning when removing the nuts. If they are stuck get the Dremmel out and cut them off and replace them far less effort. I also modified the front bolt set up on mine so I don't have to hold the bolt heads to remove the nuts which is not as easy as you might think!Need to remove the seats from my sagaris - at first glance there is no obvious way of doing it but I'm sure it can't be that difficult??!!

You also need to remove the seatbelt anchor from the side of the seat, best done when the bolts are removed for easier access, so you can remove the seat from the car.

haven`t done it in my sag, but imagine its the same as most tvr`s, jack up car, 4 nuts underneath car you should be able to undo them without holding the bolts on the inside, if not slide the seat back to get to the front bolts and forward to get to the rear ones.
when refitting use a nice bit of silicon under the washers and a bit of grease on the nuts/bolts.
