Hi Guys,

Just sorting out the paperwork and Ive just noticed all i have received from ADAC for breakdown cover is an email saying I am covered but not details of how to pay etc or who to contact if I breakdown.

I tried calling but struggled a little to get onto anyone who could help (probably as its a Sunday). Should i receive anything in the post???

youll receive a plastic card with the call out hotline number,
and ADAC magazine if you ticked that box

it seems strange your covered but havent paid?

I rang again this aft and a bloke gave me a number to call which has a recorded voice in German which I assume is saying they're closed on Sundays. I'll call them tomorrow and hope I can confirm I am covered as I'll be travelling into Europe a few times this year. On the plus side he new where I lived so hopefully theyve got my details and its just a postal thing.

Email them they will contact you in english. Watch out though, they had not taken my premium or lost my my bank transfer and I had to call them out. 6 Months later they tried to bill me £200!
