Hot/Cold air hose pipe missing on my Cerbera.

High guys, where can I get 18" of the black pipe that attaches to the hot air outlet on my cerbera. I drove my car back from TVR Power to Edinburgh the other day and my left foot was frozzzen when i got home. When I had a look under the steering column it seem I am missing a lenght of the hose to direct heat to my feet!.

Here is the bit the hose should attach to. I have removed it from below the sateering column.
