The Official GT5 casual/fun racers thread.

I thought I’d start a thread so that we have somewhere for the more informal racers to let others know what they are up to and when they are hosting, so like-minded PHers can join them.

I’ll be hosting a few races on a mixture of different tracks, I will be including The Nordschleife , Spa and Le-Mans (Le Sarthe) to enjoy the day/night transition and also some weather thrown in too.
I will be using mainly Road cars with PP changing after each race.

EVERYONE is welcome I’ll be hosting these most evenings.

btw if you've not played in a while fire it up early, there are a few updates...I'd not touched mine since before Christmas and it took ages to download them on Friday night.

May be up for some racing tonight. Heve to get some practice in for the champ but a bit of fun impromptu racing will be good. Hopefully get a good crowd and will resemble the old 333 races

I can be found almost everynight messing about on freeruns, either trying to get the hang of drifting my z3m or trying to get on two wheels in my pug 106 at the nurburgring.

I'll probably just hang at the back of the races and please myself. Not like that.

I was going to do 350/400/450/500 (or lower PPs if people want, I'm easy) etc...see how it goes, as I said in Opening post nothing too formal.
I just like to run different cars on different tracks to try them out

A lot of the public lobbies I've found are doing the same track over and over again..literally for hours on end, not my idea of fun....I like to switch about a bit

I run the new club along with 3 co-leaders...

We do a LOT of informal stuff, always members on every night..it is where I got the idea for doing the same on GT5.

Send a club request to xxPH then you'll be inolved with us, as club invites are constanstly sent out.
