Scoobadoo Expertise?

Does anyone know if there is someone in the valley with a bit of Scooby/Impreza technical know-how who could check out my bottom end as it were (for beer tokens/cakes)? The 2.5 block is sat at Gus's house and it would be great to know if it really has been damaged by the engine overheating, or if it's entirely sound.

Unhelpful I know, but a few years ago there was a con-artist advertising himself as a Scooby expert. He's not, and he'll be halfway through stealing you engine when the police turn up! I think he's in jail at the moment, last time I heard about him he was about to go to court with 60 odd charges against him, not including ours :P

Great news, the block is 100% fine - had a call from Charlie who'd got news back from 'the boys'. Cheers Charlie!
