There was a copper in a patrol car sat at the side of the road and i was doing about 90mph, Do the hand held speed guns just take your speed or do they take your registration aswell so they can issue a tiket through the post, also do they have to pull you up or chase you if they see you speeding,

If this wasnt a Motorway/Dual Carriageway then you should have been stopped....discretion is out of the window.
