Griffith exhaust flexible coupling.
Discussion
My Griffith 500 has a flexible coupling between the exhaust front pipe and silencer box, see picture. It has been damaged and has been deteriorating for some time and I think that now is the time to replace it (I first asked about this 4 years ago but put off getting it replaced).
Can anyone tell me what the i.d. and o.d. of the flexible section should be?
I don't think it's possible to replace it with one of the woven strand type coupling because they are too large diameter - there's very little space between the chassis and the exhaust as it is.
Thanks.

Racing Green sell the section to repair the flexible joint for just under £50

I have the same problem, spoke with JP Exhaust who made them and they want £195 for an overhaul - replace flexi and re pack silencer. Cant help with pipe sizes though. Have you had your diff back and fitted it yet?
