Best Tailor in Goa

A friend is going to Goa shortly and has offered to get me a couple of suits and a few shirts. He is taking one of my suits and one of my shirts (bespoke so the fit is spot on) and going to get a tailor make 'replicas'. I am not looking for anything complex, navy wool suits and white shirts.

Can anyone recommend a decent tailor that will do a good job?
