You report someone for an Offence and then it goes to Court 6 months later.There seems to be a growing trend whereby people are saying,"it wasnt me"......however, we have the answer and its very very simple !

Be really horrible to them in the process and they will instigate a reg 9 for you Tony A bit difficult for them to say "It wasn't me" 6 months later when they have been whinging to PSD .

If they're at the Nick, their photo, fingerprints and DNA will be taken..(depending on circumstances)..thereby making identification conclusive.

Tony means 'reporting' at the roadside, following a traffic offence, or by camera detection.
