Get one made.
Get 1/2 dozen made & sell them on Ebay, to cover your costs.
Look for "laser cutting" or "water jet cutting" companies in your area, they should be able to work to a drawing you supply & the cost isn't usually great.
I recently had an aluminium airbox back plate made by a Co. in Redruth. E-mailed them a CAD drawing, plate turned up less than a week later made, packed & shipped for about £22 if I remember rightly. Co. was called "lasermasters" or somesuch.
