Geez, I've only owned my C5 for 2 years and I've only just realised that the wing mirrors fold forwards as well as back!

Dunno if that information's of any use to anyone whatsoever...

I have to collapse my driver's mirror every time I get the car in and out of the garage. I was quite happy to do this until I read a posting on the US Corvette forum that the more you move the mirrors, the more chance they have of snapping which is quite common - there is even some guy offering a fix for any broken mirrors. I'm just waiting for mine to fall off .........

The SVA man said they did and there's me edging into the garage with a few millimetres to spare either side.
