My dipstick is currently reading halfway between empty and full.

Eh? Just add oil until the level indicates FULL.

Is this what you meant? - or do you mean how much oil for an oil change?

I don't think it says in the bible - although I could be wrong.

Its about 1 litre between empty & full on mine therefore about a pint between half way and full. Being a TVR of course yours may be different !

My 4.0 Griff takes approx 1 pint between min & max
(could not find it in the Bible!)
