Best way to take long term FX position

Is there a consensus view on the best way to put on a long term trade ? This would be for a major pair, up to 24 months period, in large retail size, leverage up to 10x. I'd prefer an options structure with a premium rather than a spread with margin calls, but I am open to all approaches.
