Cam Chain tension and cam cover seal/gasket

Been away for a month and finally have a free weekend fo put back together having done shims and cam timing. 4.2 AJP.

Two quick questions as the search is not working at the mo.

1) how do you set cam chain tension? It is back where it was before doing the shims, but is there a way to chek this is correct? I can't find a torque setting for it anywhere.

2) which varint of loctite sealent should I use for cam covers? Is it the stuff that you let set before bolting down?

Chain tension is set with a screwdriver (I kid you not!) someone with access to the engine manual can give you exact wording.

Sealant you should use is Loctite 5900 or 5910, and 5920 for exhaust manifolds.

Ahhhh, I have the engine build manual. I must have somehow missed that in my read throuh last night. Will take another look shortly.
