£7k is high, £5k would be more like

Strong cash indeed, somewhere between £5k - £5.5k sounds more realistic.

It's a personal thing but I'm not a fan of the colour scheme going on.

A Bit marmite, but I really like them in off white. I agree though, it's a good car on the face of it, but looking around, I could pick up an 06 with 40k for that money.
