Just had my car in for an MOT and it has failed on front Anti-roll bar bushes.Relatively inexpensive parts, but as is often the case half the car needs to be taken apart to fit them.

Has anyone had these done laterly?

Can be a fiddley job getting the new ones in but it's a straight forward job check the roll bar still has the bumps to prevent sideway movement as they have a habit of breaking off (shoud be on inner part of bush) of they are missing a couple of tight fitting jubilee clips can be used to stop the movement

To drop the subframe is not necessary although dropping the back down slightly does help with access the steering column is 1 10mm bolt in the footwell so take all of 5 seconds !!!

A friend recently did this and in order to do it he dropped the rear of the subframe. It wasn't that difficult, though a little fiddly.
