Anyone got any tips for passing on copies of Evo, Car, Autocar and classic car mags to a worthwhile second home?
My local charity shops don't want them , although Ithink they're missing a trick , maybe because they seem staffed by sandal wearing guardianista's..
Cheers

I went into my regional part of PH and asked who wanted them.

A very obliging chap came and took 40odd issues away and gave me a tenner for my troubles.

Tell us your location, I'm sure a local PHer will be glad of some new toilet literature.

I'm currently trying to fill in some gaps in my EVO collection (much to my partners annoyance) and most of the older ones on eBay are up for £6 plus P&P. I have no idea if they are selling for this (I'm not buying them for that kind of money) but perhaps there is a market for them if you can cope with the annoyances of eBay.

In the same boat myself - quite a few early Evos, the first 4 performance cars, and several others.

I don't think ebay is worth the hassle for old car mags.

I often see stuff hanging around for ages even with paltry buy it now prices.

Try and giveaway to an enthusiast or recycle bin .

I have literally 100s of mags i might chuck the lot eventually.
