How far would you drive for a fuel voucher?
Discussion
I've just done a 22 mile round trip to Tesco to use a 10p off voucher. I brimmed the tank with 85 litres and saved 9 quid. However, being a Tesco, I had to queue with the great unwashed and seeing as the Landie only does 24mpg, have just negated any saving! Oh well, it's a nice day and didn't cost me anything!
My wife says I'm an idiot and I think she maybe right!

Unless you drive passed a Tesco but also need the shopping in the first place in order to get the voucher its not worth it. The fact that Tesco is the most expensive supermarket in the entire world it isnt worth the extra money in shopping to get a few extra miles worth of petrol.
Try shopping at Waitrose! People are more polite and the food is nicer imho. However, no petrol vouchers or even petrol as far as I can work out. Nice wine though.I gave up driving the two or three miles to Tesco to get the 5p a litre off as the last two times I filled up I got an orange warning light on my dashboard.
Topped up with 'brand' fuel reset the light and it didn't recur... (I'm sure someone will tell me the fuel is just the same, but I'm not alone in my experiences, I know).
Personally, I would drive past a Tesco petrol station unless I absolutely NEEDED fuel.
