I cancelled sky HD about 2 weeks ago. I've just had a call from them asking if I'd like I take it for £5/month. Again, I said no. She then offered it for £2.50/month, no 12 month contract only 31 days.
Said yes, go for that but then we fell out when questioned on security questions. She wanted me to confirm a whole pile of stuff to make sure I was who I said I was, so me arsy/high security mode I said "how do I know you are from sky?"
She said "if you answer the questions you can ask me anything"
I said "I'll ask you first, then you can ask me". She said no, and that was the end I the call!
