The noise! Oh the Noise!!

Finished fitting my new SS Sports exhaust around midnight last night. Oh the noise! Straight through. It's loud. Not quite as crackly as I wanted but very v8 sounding. Look superb as well. Many thnaks to ACT and JP. Drovge out to drop a mate off at work this morning and set a few car alarms off!

Was fitment easy?

I can't recall now but did you replace the manifolds too, or system only?

Still need to order mine, I looked back through the folder of bills the other night and found a receipt from JP for new maifolds in mild steel from about 3 to 4 yrs ago. Just had these re-faced anyway due to sealing problems after the engine rebuild. These should be good for a while I hope, they look OK.

I now need to save my pennies for a new stainless system. I would like to go loud too as it won't be a pain for me because I don't drive my S daily. In fact it will be a joy to hear the throb and rumble!

Did you go for no baffles in the end?

Oh I wish I had more money, I've had the car over 2 years and I still haven't got it all finished.
